Satyananda Yoga - classes with Janaki in English language

Evening classes are gentle, suitable and adaptable for everyone. The classes are taught in the spirit of the Satyananda yoga tradition with focus towards the meditative and spiritual aspects of yoga.

A Satyananda yoga class typically consists of a series of Asanas, Pranayama practices, Yoga Nidra or some form of relaxation practice and simple use of Mudras and Mantras. The classes are mostly gentle and are suitable and adaptable for everyone. The classes intend to progress in accordance with the level of the students and aim to develop a good foundation for practice and understanding of the sciences of yoga. 

TUESDAY CLASS: closed course for beginners.

Every third Saturday of month we have mantra singing. Great oportunity to spent quality time together, sing and relax.
